	* Cancellation policies: If you need to cancel your reservation 46-76 days or more prior to the trip date, a full refund of the trip deposit paid will be provided, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations 45 days or less prior to the trip date, no refund will be provided unless the canceling passenger is replaced and then a full refund will be provided, less a $50-$250 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail, fax or US mail. Please check that you have read this.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES: A Luxury Singles Travel representative, a division of Love to Travel, LLC. representative will contact you with confirmation of your secured spot within three business days of your submission of this form. All confirmed participants have up to 14 days to make the required deposit by check, money order, or credit card payment.

If you have requested any supplemental air, you will be given available fare and flight schedule information for flights to/from your requested city pairs. Once you approve a flight schedule and fare, your reservation is confirmed and you have up to 14 days to make your full payment.
